Bygaard
Bygaard is an urban farm located at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. The location allows them to deliver their produce by bike and with minimal CO2 emissions. But the substrate is wrapped in disposable plastic - which creates waste.

FUNGUZZ
FUNGUZZ is slip cast in porcelain, which is a durable material that can absorb moisture and provide breathability. The outer walls and bottom plate are glazed while the unglazed dent holds and vaporizes water – the water container will indicate when the substrate is dry and ease the process of keeping the substrate fungi-friendly.

Guzz originally comes from Turkish kiz, which means girl. FUNGUZZ is a pun and means "fun girl".
